Often considered one of the quietest times of the year for franchising, Kare Plus is excited to have successfully sold three franchises during the month of December. Having recently finished their franchise training week at our head office building, all three businesses are ready to start delivering care across their local communities in the new year.
This is the crowning achievement in an exceptional year for Kare Plus. A number of dynamic individuals from varied backgrounds joined the network and our head office function has expanded with the appointment of a number of key personnel. We also announced a huge addition to our franchise model, offering new franchisees the option of our traditional dual-revenue model or a new homecare focused model.
Before each of our new business owners can officially begin operating, they must undergo a week of training designed to bring them up to speed on franchising and the healthcare industry. It also affords each new business owner the opportunity to meet the team that will support their franchising journey. This lays the foundation for the support that each one of our business owners receives and builds the relationships that will play an important part in their success.
All three of our new businesses are incredibly excited to get started coming out of the training week and they had a lot of positive feedback for the Kare Plus team. Ashley Webb, who previously worked as a solicitor and now owns Kare Plus Taunton, was especially impressed by the team at Head Office:
“Each member of the team was an expert in their field. They were experienced, enthusiastic, very brand conscious, and expert communicator. I am extremely pleased in knowing that I can liaise with any of them in the future.”
Kare Plus Chelmsford’s new owners, Assad Abdulla and Azhar Abdalla have an extensive business portfolio and a lot of experience in the international marketplace. They were impressed by the franchising team’s commitment to providing the best possible experience:
“Our journey from the initial enquiry through to starting the training week was superb. Isabelle, the Franchise Sales Manager, invested her time with us to make sure we understood the business and what we could expect from head office team in terms of support.”
Kare Plus is passionate about working with dynamic and energetic entrepreneurs that can drive the brand forward in 2019. Our extensive training and support systems ensure that each franchise owner is never alone as they build and develop their business.
