Following its recent recognition and commitment to people management, Kare Plus was recently visited by Investors in People CEO to present the award, meet the team and discuss ongoing projects and commitments to the programme.
The UK’s most established multi-service healthcare franchise was awarded Investors in People status earlier this year following its ongoing commitment to high performance through good people management.
One of the few organisations to achieve Investors in People status on its first submission, Kare Plus was awarded the accreditation following assessments, staff interviews and a review of its key procedures – with certain areas achieving above average results.
“We were really proud to do so well on our first attempt at achieving Investors in People accreditation”, Kare Plus’ Director of Operations, Dominic Rothwell explained.
“We are proud to support our workforce and, now we have achieved this recognition, we will be working with IIP to further develop our systems and procedures that allow our team to enhance their skills, improve results and reap the rewards of their hard work – all helping Kare Plus grow.”
Looking ahead, Kare Plus now plans to implement further CPD opportunities, a more structured reward programme and support for individual franchise owners to achieve IIP recognition; helping them grow their businesses, recruit more staff and increase brand awareness.
